Recognize children from the moment of conception as human beings entitled to First Amendment Rights, beginning with LIFE

Created by K.M. on January 04, 2013

In the United States all human persons have rights. At the time of conception a fetus has a full set of it's own unique DNA and is considered a full human being and therefore is entitled to the pursuit of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as laid out by the Founding Fathers. If the child isn't allowed to live, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are of no consequence.
If the mother of the child finds her pregnancy an inconvenience she can give the child up for adoption after it's birth, thereby acting as only an incubator and not the taker of the life of the baby.
