We demand that the president and congress recognize the second amendment to the constitution of the united states of America as the right to posses, own, and carry upon the person , any arms capable of being carried upon the person usable for spot, self defense, home defense, and defense of state and country. This will include all the weapons currently proposed under Dian Feinstein's assault weapons ban as well as every other ban on all firearms Single shot, bolt action, lever action, revolver, semi-auto, and full auto. We the people are the first line of defense of state and nation and demand the weaponry needed for such purpose. Any elected politician unable to comply with this petition must step down as a traitor of the nation and it's people.
