Recognize that Concealed Handgun Permit Holders are law-abiding Citizens and shall be allowed to carry in our Schools.

Concealed Handgun License Holders are among our most prepared, law-abiding and trained segment of our Society. This Petition seeks removal of limits imposed on CHL Holders known as "No carry" laws. Specifically Schools, Colleges, Malls and Churches. This will support the goal of preventing and/or saving lives in future shooter incidents in our common areas. Criminals need to understand that any place they plan to do these crimes, will do so at the risk of their own lives. The Government has had enough, as had the People and it is a goal to add CHL Holders to positive affirmation of Security and Safety for all inside Schools, Malls, Colleges and such similar areas commonly known as No Gun Zones to those who are Criminals and have divorced themselves from the Laws of the USA.
