recognize Congress has not done the task for which they were elected and to require all pay received to be returned.

Since Congress has not done the job for which we have elected them. We believe that they should not receive pay for the time they have wasted of the American people. We demand accountability from our elected officials, and we are seeking this accountability in the form returned pay to the people of the United States
