Recognize that corporations are not persons covered by the US Constitution, as they are ineligible to cast a ballot.

Created by L.D. on January 13, 2013

The unprecedented control of our government wielded by monied special interests and wealthy individuals amounts to disenfranchisement of the majority of citizens who necessarily entrust their sovereign right of government representation to elected congressional representatives who are unconstitutionally ruled by the necessity to accept lobbyists' ca$h contributions or face defeat in the next election. The concept that corporations are persons is false on face; they have no pulse, nor standing under our nation's Constitution. The concept that money equals free speech is similarly invalid; as money has no larynx. These truths are self-evident.

We hereby besiege our President to use his power to right these travesties of reason and Constitution, and publicly declare them invalid and null.
