The cold war is over. We need to be able to trade freely with Cuba. Human Rights will be improved with increased contact with the US.
Give Guantanamo Bay back to Cuba. We don't need it and occupying it over Cuba's objections makes us look bad. Our current relationship with Cuba is anachronistic.
