WHEREAS Southern States seceded and attacked Fort Sumter on April 12, 1861, as an act of treason against United States of America.
WHEREAS, the treasonous Southern States carried out war to protect and continue slavery, resulting in the deaths of 600,000 to 1,000,000 people.
WHEREAS the Southern States program of slavery, Jim Crow segregation and now, mass incarceration, constitutes over two centuries of violations of human rights.
WHEREAS the ideology of capitalist racism has now caused 600,000 individuals to again commit treason by demanding secession based on the election, November 6, 2012, of President Barack Obama.
THEREFORE, we the signers of this petition request and demand that all traitors be arrested, tried, convicted and hung by their heels until dead.
