The political ambitions must not concern The Human Rights especially The Rights of The Children. Every year many children die in the Russian orphanages, because there are not remedies or money for the treatment their illnesses. A really chance for them is an adoption. The orphans need love and care. It does not matter, which nationality have their new parents. The Ban on the American Adoption is looks like a retaliatory measure against the orphanages. And the People (if they are people) irrespective of their nationality, political or religious beliefs must do everything to stop such inhumane Laws like Dima Yakovlev-Law.
