We the people of the Unites States are tired of being dissatisfied by the innapropriate action and inaction of the Senate and House of Representatives. In order to hold these representatives more accountable to the common taxpayer, we wish to tie their yearly pay to our own. Americans are hard working and we damand the same of our Representatives. We demand a bill be introduced and voted on by both the House and the Senate no later than March 1 2013 which will cap the yearly salary of all Representatives to match that of the calculated average American worker. We also demand no other appropriations or amendments be added to this simple bill request. This action, we believe will help restrain those who enter politics solely to leach off of American taxpayer coffers. This is the beginning!
