On January 13 separatist militants of DPR shelled a bus with civilians near UAF checkpoint.
12 innocent civilians dead, 16 injured.
The tragedy lies in the fact that the shelling took place despite the route was a "Green Corridor": the safe corridor for non-combatants theoreticelly protected by both sides of conflict.
So the shelling was clearly a murder of non-combatants and a serious war crime. Most important, it was an act of terror.
We demand to recognize DPR organization and its representatives as terrorists as required by the international law, contience and common sense.
