Recognize the efforts of the Tea Party to obstruct the U.S. Government as acts of Domestic Terrorism

Tea Party leaders Rep. Michele Bachmann and Sen. Ted Cruz have admitted to their intent to shutdown the government in an effort to delay the ACA. This led to the revocation of several earned benefits of the American people, including veterans, and also suspended operation of essential protection services such as the FDA and CDC which have been shown to protect and potentially save human lives. It is therefore argued that these acts perpetrated by the Tea Party meet the standards of domestic terrorism, via acts dangerous to human life including intimidation and coercion as defined under U.S. Code 18 U.S.C. § 2331. It is herby petitioned that the Tea Party be charged for these actions and recognized as a terrorist organization for any further acts of treason against the United States.
