Recognize "The El Paso Mission Trail" be recognized as a national park.

This petition is made to request that the three churches on the "El Paso Mission Trail": The Ysleta Mission, The Socorro Mission, and The San Elizario Presidio Chapel. be recognized as a national park, with joint custody between the churches and the national government, similar in the way as the missions located in The San Antonio Mission Trail National Park.
