Recognize Endometriosis as a qualifying disability.

Endometriosis is a painful, chronic disease affecting over 170million women. It is a disease in which endometrium tissue grows outside the uterus forming lesions. The lesions are most commonly found in the abdomen and bowel, but have been found in every major organ. Endometriosis has also been known to fuse organs together causing major impairment in function: Immune system, Bowels & urination, excessive bleeding, fatigue, depression & anxiety, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, nausea, scar tissue formation, & adhesions. Chronic stabbing pain and verypainful menses are the most common symptoms causing many women to be unable to perform their occupational duties. Most symptoms are found in the SSA's Listing of Impairments Part A. Endo is leaving women unprotected under the ADA & unemployed
