Recognize ENGLISH as the official language of the United States and encourage English as a Second Language (EOSL).

Petition is to recognize and encourage the ENGLISH language as the official language of the United States. A language standard actually increases safety and security by reducing miscommunication between foreign entities and peoples and increasing reaction to emergencies and other necessities as allowed by the Constitution of the United States of America. The use of a standard language also builds community and gives those that may feel ostracized or excluded a sense of fellowship.
