The Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment was intended to insure that every state government protected, without descrimination, the life, liberty, property and due process rights of all persons within its jurisdiction. The word "persons" is used, not "citizens", so citizenship (which begins at birth) is not required for the legal protection of these rights. We the undersigned ask the Obama Adminstration and the Federal Judiciary to reconsider their position on abortion which is a clear violation of these rights, especially life and due process, against babies in the first nine months of life; to make and uphold both state and federal laws that protect the rights of unborn babies and to repeal or nullify any laws that don't.
