Recognize Executive Order is not a power to create law, and is not enforceable as law under the Constitution.

President Obama is proposing abuse of the Executive Order power to circumvent Constitutional separation of powers to infringe on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms as protected by the Second Amendment. Such orders are illegal, and as such can and should be refused by enforcers. As an educated and aware People, we need to send this message to the White House that we are aware of this distinction, we are watching, and we will not accept what amounts to tyranny. We will oppose this through our State and Local elected officials with the zeal of all who love liberty.
