A Petition to establish the PERSONHOOD & Constitutional rights for Human Children in the womb.
1. The LEGAL definition for a PERSON is "a Human Being" (FindLaw.com)
2. The 5th Amendment says: "no PERSON shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"
3. The 14th Amendment says: "no State shall deprive any PERSON of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any PERSON within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws"
4. Federal Law (Laci & Conner's Law) defines an unborn CHILD as " a member of the species homo sapiens, at ANY stage of development, who is carried in the womb' and it makes the unjust killing of a child in the womb a crime of MURDER.
We herby demand Personhood, Rights & Protections for Children in the womb
