Forced Taxation = Involuntary Servitude

Involuntary servitude is a United States legal and constitutional term for a person laboring against that person's will to benefit another, under some form of coercion other than the worker's financial needs.

COERCION:
to restrain or dominate by force
to compel to an act or choice
to achieve by force or threat
the use of force to persuade someone to do something which they are unwilling to do
To force to act or think in a certain way by use of pressure, threats, or intimidation; compel.
To dominate, restrain, or control forcibly
To bring about by force or threat
