Recognize gay marriage in all 50 states of the U.S .

Created by C.R. on April 09, 2014

I, and many others, believe that gay(lesbian, gay, or any other same-sex) marriage should be recognized by all fifty U.S states.

Only 17 states in the U.S recognize same-sex marriage and 33 states have BANNED it due to it being 'unconstitutional' or by state law. I believe that this is an outrage.

When a human being is born, it is subject to the same exact rights as any other person in the United States- INCLUDING marriage. Taking away a person's right to be recognized as married to somebody they love is like taking away the right to divorce if you are a Christian- After all, divorce is a sin in their Bible.

That being said, legalizing and recognizing same-sex marriage in all 50 U.S states would satisfy millions of Americans and bring the country even closer to the "american dream".
