The proposed legislation, as written, by Senator Feinstein is in direct contrast with the 2nd, 4th and 10th Amendments of the Constitution and should be considered an act of Sedition by causing a rebellion of the millions of law-abiding citizens targeted in this legislation, and potentially dissolving the Union. Recognize that Congress is overreaching its authority by promoting gun control as a futile attempt to stop random acts of violence, that will never be eradicated, no matter how well intended the effort. The rights of law- abiding American citizens are protected under the Constitution.
