Recognize that gun control is misogynistic and support the right of women to defend themselves and their loved ones.

"Violence strikes women from all kinds of backgrounds and of all ages. It can happen at work, on the street, or at home." Potential rapists or home invaders may be deterred if there is a high probability that a woman is skilled in the use of a gun and may have a concealed carry permit. By making the purchase and licensing of guns difficult and expensive, those who call themselves the government will add to the burden of already overwhelmed and/or financially vulnerable women who need to protect themselves and their loved ones. It is cruel for those who call themselves the government to proclaim the intent to help women and then put obstacles in the way of women who need to defend themselves.
