Zaevion William Dobson, 15 years old, of Tennessee, died on December 17 shielding three young women from bullets during a gang-related random attack. He was an outstanding student and athlete. The President should recognize him posthumously with an appropriate award, perhaps the Presidential Citizens Medal.
