Recognize homosexuality as a biological condition thus classifying it as a Civil Rights issue protected by the 14th

Homosexuality is a biological condition based on the prenatal androgen hypothesis. This means that it is protected by the 14th amendment as a civil right and the debate over gay marriage on a state-to-state basis is unconstitutional. Due to the FACT that it is a natural condition, it should be protected in the same way as racial and gender rights are. Human rights is not a political issue, not Democratic, not Republican, it is a moral one and should be treated with the same respect as the rights that allow for this very petition.
