There is a debate raging across our great country regarding the status of hot dogs, and what food category they should be placed in. Webster Dictionary defines a sandwich as "two or more slices of bread or a split roll having a filling in between."
Despite this clear cut definition, there are still hot dog sandwich deniers out there, threatening to unravel the very ideals that hold this country together. It is your responsibility, your duty, as an American to recognize the hot dog as not only a sandwich, but THE official sandwich of these United States.
