Hylian religion is centered around the three golden godesses Din, Nayru and Farore. Together they created the world and then left a portion of their power in the holy Triforce, a three-piece object that can grant wishes. The current whereabouts of this item are unknown, but it's possible that the three pieces belong to the current day incarnations of Gannon (the demon king), Zelda (the princess of the Light World) and Link (the hero of time). When evil tries to seize the full triforce, an incarnation of Link will rise to prevent it. As part of our freedom as American citizens to religion, Hylians should be recognized for their beliefs.
