We the people of the United States pledge to self-insure and pay for our own health care costs. The undersigned promise to their family to put away ten percent,or a reasonable percentage of our yearly income, into our personal health savings account. We will continue to choose our own health care professionals and receive care from the facilities we wish. We will continue to pay in cash, when possible, to increase our chances of receiving a discount from our health provider.
