Intersex and asexual people are almost invisible to society. But those individuals matter. The LGBT+ community should be a safe place for anyone who is not part of the cisgender and heterosexual norm. But many intersex and asexual individuals are excluded from LGBT+ communities. Recognizing asexual and intersex people would give them a safe space, as well as spreading awareness.
