Growing up in America as a young Muslim was hard to begin with since the religion in where I went to school wasn't so recognized and welcomed. I would like to see a change and would love to have it different for my daughter. None Muslim kids are given the time to spend with their families and schools are on break. However a Muslim child has to miss school and miss education in order to spend and celebrate their religion. Would like to see it be fair for all.
