I Mr. Joey Williams had committed to creating the concept of The United States Department of Homeland Security in August 1999 and completed it in December 1999. I sent it to The Honorable William J. Clinton, via White House E-mail because I figured that anything sent to the White House becomes a matter of nation security (thus, creating An Official Record) I did this because I somehow knew that it was a chance that sending it to President-Elect George W. Bush it would be some kind of trouble (you know, big ole me and little you). So, when Your Honor President Obama stated in an initiative that ""I want everyday American Citizens to partake in the governance process". I figured that he would at least acknowledge my efforts that lead to the creation of the most 'jobs' in Americas' history.
