In the last 12 years, the Supreme Court of the United States have issued three major decisions recognizing the rights and liberties of LBGT Americans. All 3 of these decisions (Lawrence v. Texas, US v Windsor and Obergefell v Hodges) have been announced on June 26th. What better way to celebrate these victories than to create a national holiday recognizing the right of LBGT Americans to equal protection under the law?
