Recognize the killings of thousands of the Sikhs during BLACK NOVEMBER 1984, in India, as genocide/pogrom of the Sikhs.
During this period thousands of the Sikhs were butchered to death in most savage manner, like pogrom of the Jews during 1939-45; and, all this was done with active collaboration of the regime.
This is the most heinous crime since 1945.
