We believe that the language created by Marc Okrand for the Star Trek franchise, should be recognized as an official language of the United States of America along with English. We believe this because,
1. Klingon is the most popular constructed language ever created for popular culture (books, movies, T.V. shows, etc).
2. In only 33 years it has been learned to the point of fluency by more than 10,000 Americans.
3. Making Klingon an official language will cause a rise in the popularity of learning a new language, and will aid children and teenagers to find fun in learning.
