We the people of the United States who see terrisom as a direct threat to national security and to the security of the world ask the Obama Administration to declare the LRA as an official terrorist organization. The LRA who participate in Uganda, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, and South Sudan see the LRA as a direct threat to world peace.
The use of rape, murder, child sex slavery, abduction, and use of children in hostilities demand the United States to defend those who can not defend themselves and immediately take action at the growing terror of the LRA.
