Recognize the mass killings such as Aurora and Newton are acts of domestic terrorism.

Tragic events like the mass killings in Aurora and Newton are acts of Domestic Terrorism and should be treated as such. As such, we, the undersigned, request that President Obama create a high-level bi-partisan commission to study all facets reducing these acts of domestic terrorism including additional restrictions on weapons and related paraphernalia and other public safety matters, improved mental health diagnostics, treatment, and monitoring programs, and increased surveillance measures that made be necessary to protect the American public from future attacks.
