Massachusetts Department of Children & Families is one of the worst run departments of its kind in the country that uses what amounts to psychological & emotional terrorism on innocent children & their families to achieve its goals.Through poor foster parent screening, lying, defamation of character & no accountability, the department does more harm to the children it is charged to protect and serve. The methods of isolation, bullying and the torture that results from placement in poor foster homes is the same as terrorism to the children, who often end up being abused, neglected and molested while in custody of DCF. Also in the process, they make false accusations towards family members with no evidence to support them. Massachusetts DCF is a terrorist organization within our government.
