We the people of the United States of America demand that the administration recognize the medical benefits of marijuana and its components. Detailed not only in countless medical studies the world over but also in US Patent 6630507 issued October 7, 2003 to the United States of America as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services.

It is complete hypocrisy that our government maintains marijuana has no health benefits while filling for patents on medicines made from the marijuana plant. To add insult to injury, the US government via NIDA refuses all requests for supplies to conduct legal, FDA-approved marijuana research that does not benefit the US government.
We demand you stop lying and start promoting research.
