Recognize Michigan's right to secede and create its own NEW government.

This petition is designed to remove the federal governments power to impose laws, including those enacted by presidential decree without the approval of congress, against the people of the state of Michigan. In particular are those laws pertaining to gun control, ammunition fees, and gun confiscation which are being actively pursued by the President and his administration. As the federal government believes it has the authority to remove our 2nd amendment rights and intervene in states rights, we have no choice but to peacefully petition for Michigan's secession from the Union.
