Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh) was announced on the same principles as the United States was announced - independence, liberty, human rights, democracy, and desire to have better life. People of the Republic defended their independence in 4-year war with Azerbaijan. More than 20 years Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is independent! Currently it is a well established self-ruling community with democratic government.
To prevent a new war with Azerbaijan the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh) should be recognized internationally. This is the only resolution to the Artsakh issue. Now is the time!
