Unfair tax, violation of the freedom of trade act of 1887 charging New Mexicans an undue hardship of having to buy a federal passport just to fly from state to state or to board any airline, buses or train. The federal government announced already it will not recognize NM driver's licenses as a valid form of ID, to even enter a federal bldg. or to even board any mode of transportation in any state that is federally regulated. How does that not interferre with free commerce compared to other states? The federal government is doing this to punish the state of New Mexico with all New Mexican residents included, for granting driver liceneses to undocumented workers in this state. The state of New Mexico itself is at fault, to punish all the residents of the state...just wrong.
