There has been a recent shift in high school and higher education towards a more digitally integrated, and individually paced, non-traditional form of education. Khan Academy has shown that education can be easily accessible, individually paced, and provide equally good or better results. Higher education has become increasingly inconsistent and more expensive than ever, putting the American Dream on hold for millions of potential doctors, nurses, lawyers, researchers and more. It's time to officially recognize Khan Academy and others like it.
