North Little Rock Police Officer Thomas Norman has dedicated years to improving the community and environment for the people of North Little Rock. Not only is he extremely humble but he is a man of honor. He dedicates endless amounts of time and energy to making a difference. Officer Norman is not a normal police officer, he is a true hero and role model for people in this country. Not only does Officer Norman make a difference for the people of North Little Rock but he makes a difference in the lives of people across the country.
