An online witness of the Jon Benet Ramsey murder had gone forth honorably to inform the proper authorities of the Ramsey threat and was ignored and prejudiced against. The witness had informed the proper authorities months prior to the murder and the authorities in question laughed at the witness in 1996 and are continuing to be neglegent for American children and their human and civil rights.
