Recognize the original intent of our 2nd ammendment right to bare arms

Formally recognize our 2nd ammendment rights in the manner in which they were intended.
1. That our right to bare arms is necesasary to maintain a free people from the tyranny of government as has been well documented.
2. That a goverment must fear the people who empower them.
3. That the best way for a people to maintain liberty is to retain arms sufficient to that of the state.
4. Make known the stance of the administration that they are either for or against our constitutional rights regarding the spirit in which they were written as was stated as the general rule of thumb when debating the constitution and its meaning.
