Recognize our Human Rights in the battle for Net Neutrality. Federal Healthcare Regulations protect our Privacy Rights.

Created by J.S. on December 01, 2014

We the People need the FCC to recognize Federally Protected Medical and Privacy Rights.

Federal Healthcare Regulations identify Business Associates as any entity that can access or identify health information. Business Associates are required to maintain compliance with Federal Privacy Regulations. Business Associates are prohibited from retaliating by denying or disabling services.

ISPs are able to identify and access health information. This enables us to use Privacy Rights to protect our information from ISPs and allows us to condition access to our information. These protections extend to anyone in the world with a medical record in the USA.

We the People are our own Primary Healthcare Providers.
Please recognize our Rights in the battle for Net Neutrality.
