currently delaware's medical marijuana law has stalled due to threats from the attorneys general who stated that "no government employee shall distribute marijuana " in delaware or risk being arrested. That sucks, to be succinct. Legalizing marijuana will reduce prison populations, take marijuana buyers out of dangerous situations involving purchasing from street dealers, and make everyone more relaxed. What's wrong with that ?
