recognize pharmacists as health care providers
As we are easily accessible to patients and general public for their immidiate answers and guidence for health realted questions. We spend more time with patients answering not only medication related questions but also educating them about their prescription benefits, copay and many other issues for parctically no charge. We do immunization, blood prsure, blood sugar screening. And if we are not regarded as health care providers, then who would be?
