Voting rights are under attack across the nation. From the reduction and/or elimination of early voting, deceptive "voter fraud" restrictions, new "Jim Crow" laws, and partisan redistricting and gerrymandering, millions of Americans are actively discouraged and prevented from exercising their most basic freedom to choose their own representative government. The solution: declare Nov. 4th a national holiday to give every working voter a fair opportunity to participate in the voting process.
