The President of the United States, having sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States is duty bound to ensure that the rights of the many States are upheld as stated in the Constitution. The President should push for the restoration of Sovereign authority of the many States and prevent Federal abuses of that authority granted solely to the States.
Without valid irrefutable proof of interstate commerce the Federal Government has no legal standing. This has not been protected by the President. He should immediately reaffirm the sovereignty of the many States and give his guarantee that the Federal Government will act lawfully and not interfere with the internal laws and rights of the many States.
