The 1973 Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade was based on archaic science and poor interpretation of the law. Modern medical science has discovered that persons in utero have many characteristics that are necessary to be considered alive (i.e. the ability to feel pain). Abortion should be made illegal. To ensure protection of the unborn the Constitution should be amended to extend all rights of those born and naturalized in the United States to those conceived by all who are born or naturalized in the United States. And any act that intentionally ends the life of a citizen in utero shall be considered an act of murder.
