We the people want full health coverage and compensation for all 9-11 “First Responders” and other rescue, recovery, and clean-up volunteers. As the hijackings and collisions are viewed as an act of war, then our First Responders were on the front lines of the first battle. As such, all workers, and survivors of the attacks must be classified as Veterans, bestowed a rank, allowed to participate in Tri-Care, and receive benefits and services equal to that of other war veterans.
